The Flame grapefruit has a blush red exterior and intensely red interior. It's a vigorous producer, and one of the more cold hardy varieties. It should bear fruit starting in February.

The UGA Pink Frost Grapefruit is probably the most cold tolerant grapefruit you can find. It has a red flesh and is similar to a grapefruit you might find at your local grocery store.
The Rio Red Grapefruit is a relatively newer variety that sports a blush pink exterior and red interior flesh. It's one of the more cold tolerant grapefruits and should bear fruit starting in February.
